#MEILEMEELDIBÕUES
For the Harjumaa Omavalitsuste Liit #MEILEMEELDIBÕUES campaign, we proposed a rap-led video designed specifically for a teenage audience.

We developed the lyrics and custom music track around the campaign’s message and participation conditions, filmed with students at Viimsi School, and created horizontal and vertical versions.
Hea Elu Rahvakogu 2026
TakeOne documented the Citizens’ Panel on Good Life event by Praxis Estonia across three towns with several land-based cameras and a drone.

The deliverables included one main event summary film, three vertical day recaps for social media, three full-length speaker presentations, event photography, and a separate video address to the participants.
IOM Estonia
IOM Estonia, the UN Migration Agency, commissioned an instructional video explaining how refugees can find a family doctor in Estonia.

The video is composed of different website recordings, documents and animations, produced in horizontal and vertical formats and localised into English, Ukrainian and Russian languages.
SALTO PI 2024 Forum
We recorded the European Commission SALTO PI Participation Forum with three video cameras, two photo cameras and a drone.

The deliverables included a main aftermovie, event photography, a thematic interview video and a one-hour presentation recording filmed with three cameras.
TalTech program introduction:
Artificial Intelligence in Business
TakeOne produced a horizontal and vertical promotional video for Tallinn University of Technology’s Artificial Intelligence in Business study programme, combining interviews with programme representatives, campus footage, drone shots, graphics and subtitles.
...and a blooper reel
During post-production, TalTech asked whether we could also prepare a blooper reel for 1 April.

We created an additional branded video from unused takes and delivered it ahead of the requested date.

The more informal version gave the client another piece of social-media content while keeping the visual identity of the main campaign.
Estonian Rescue Board | Päästeamet
fire safety videos
TakeOne produced three scripted fire-safety videos covering kitchen fires, smoking in bed, and candle and fireplace hazards.

We developed the scripts, prepared locations and props, directed firefighters and other participants, filmed the scenes, and completed the editing, graphics, sound design and visual effects.

Each video was delivered in Estonian and Russian and in both horizontal and vertical formats.
Kitchen Fire Hazards
Kitchen and living room interiors were recreated inside a working fire station using available rooms, furniture, plants, props and our own lighting to imitate the outside light.

Additional smoke and fire effects were added in post-production.
Candle and Fireplace Hazards
Filming children is always a happy challenge. Everything on set is new, unusual, and much more interesting than the thing they are supposed to do.
The trick is to turn the required action into something that feels like a game. In this case, “show us how quickly you can blow out these candles” worked perfectly.
Smoking Fire Hazards
Since we could not film actual lighting of the cigarette inside the fire station, closeup shots of the cigarette were filmed outdoors in the fire station yard in the evening and lit to mimic the indoor lighting.

Additional smoke effects were added in post-production.
One video in several languages and formats
Public-sector and international projects often need to reach several language groups at once. We can prepare separate language versions of the same video with translated subtitles, captions, on-screen text, voice-over, graphics, and final export files adapted for each audience.

Additionally, each video can be produced in horizontal (for television and computer screens) and vertical (for smartphone screens) formats.

Accessibility
We can prepare video versions that are easier to follow without sound and more suitable for deaf or hard-of-hearing audiences. This can include clear embedded subtitles, clean .srt subtitle files, readable subtitle placement, slower pacing where needed, and careful use of graphics so that important visual information does not compete with the text.

    For presentation videos where the narrator talks directly into the camera, we can provide a teleprompter — a transparent screen with the text on it. This means the narrator does not need to remember the text by heart and can instead read it at a comfortable pace while looking straight into the camera.

    Yes. We have experience creating content for international organisations, universities, NGOs, public-sector organisations, and publicly funded projects.
